This whiskey is slightly more assertive in its rye usage, and our tasters enjoy the peppery spice and grain flavor present throughout. Stearns is relatively light-bodied and easy-finishing for its proof, making it eminently smooth and sippable. This whiskey was produced by Bent Brewstillery (Roseville) for Stearns American (Avon).
