One of the classic cocktail ingredients, vermouth is fortified and aromatized wine, and Dolin is one of France's oldest and most well-known producers of the stuff. Created via the maceration of no less than thirty Alpine plants, flowers and spices in white wine, Dolin has long been enjoyed as an aperitif, sometimes even as a medicinal drink.
This sweet vermouth pours a rusty red color and imparts a mellow, bittered sweetness into your cocktails. We'd recommend starting by mixing it into a Manhattan, Negroni, or Vieux Carre.
