Brandy, You’re a fine girl.
C’mon, I had to. Just had to. Anyway. Brandy is the name of the class and for this one we’re gonna taste and learn about all kinds of Brandy. From Cognac to Calvados and lots of stuff in between you’re gonna learn about a whole new world of spirits made from grapes (and apples and pears … maybe even plums). The one thing we won’t learn about is a Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned - that is just an abomination. Joking. Kinda.

Our classes are designed so that every level of booze education is welcome. Bring a thirst to learn and leave the snobbery at home.

Over the course of the class you'll have the option to drink about 8-14  ounces of Brandy; we highly recommend that ya'll consider your options for transportation before coming in for the class.
